BOORA ANNOUNCES FOUR NEW PROMOTIONS November 2011 - Boora Architects is pleased to announce the promotion of four staff members in recognition for their contributions to the firm. The elevation of these individuals strengthens the Boora’s leadership in the realms of architectural design and sustainable design strategies. Mike Manzi has been named Associate Principal in recognition of his leadership in the realm of sustainable design. As Boora’s Specifications Manager, Mike works with project teams to identify and research design strategies, systems and materials that will enhance a building’s energy and resource-saving performance. Ian Gelbrich has been named an Associate. Ian was the Project Designer for several civic buildings for the City of McMinnville and is working on the Science and Engineering Quad at Stanford University.
Milan Patel has been promoted to Associate. Most recently, Milan was the Project Architect on the Bass Center for Stanford University’s Knight Management Center. Arjan Duyvestein has been named Associate. He has been an integral member of Boora’s work at Stanford University, working as a Project Architect on the interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Quad. |
