The Community College of Denver's new Student Learning and Engagement Building (SLEB) will be a "one-stop" student services facility. Located on the Auraria Higher Education Campus – a joint campus in downtown Denver shared with University of Colorado and Metropolitan State College of Denver – the building will incorporate Admissions and Registration, Financial Aid, Advising and Testing, and classrooms in single facility. |
|
In addition to its academic functions, the SLEB is intended to serve as a social hub for the campus with a café and a variety of formal and informal social gathering spaces as well as a conference facility for the college and community-at-large. |

Boora is working closely with CCD representatives, users groups and the architect of record, OZ Architecture, to design a building will express the College’s identity and establish a new neighborhood on campus. Design objectives revolve around student engagement, retention, and enhanced educational experience. The light-filled and highly interactive environment will capitalize on the site’s city and mountain views and is anticipated to achieve a minimum LEED Gold certification. size: completion: |
