Boora Architects

This project provides two floors of workspace for a sales, marketing and support team, as well as a floor of amenity spaces that serve the entire campus.  The workspace floors have two characters: “cloud” spaces – a play on cloud computing technology – that are light, bright spaces;  and “forest” spaces – an anchor within the changing digital world – with  cozy collaborative work and play areas.  The color palettes and wall coverings reflect these themes.  Unique elements include a sunbeam at the pool table, glassy cloud chairs, multicolored parachute lounges, and floating banquettes that provide flexible touch down spaces to work. The ground floor includes a café, a photo studio, a dance studio, an art gallery and a bowling alley.  The project is targeting LEED certification.
