The client for this human resources office environment challenged Boora to create a transformational place that measurably improves productivity and happiness and fosters innovation.

Boora conducted extensive user research that became the foundation for the design.  Research included all-team surveys, workshops, one-on-one interviews, meetings with the team leads, workspace observation, and ongoing work with a team user group. 

The resulting design direction treats the work environment as a laboratory for workplace innovation.

Office neighborhoods are open, flexible, and light filled with team brainstorming hubs.  Nooks and writable wall surface line the core walls supporting adjacent teams. Amenities are distributed to encourage movement throughout the building and increase team connection from floor to floor. Amenities include a library, sky lounge, relaxation zones, fitness center, conference center, game room, and cafes.
