The BOORA Beach House in Neskowin, Oregon, was designed for the employees of
our firm, for both personal and professional use. Conceived of as a place
for inspiration and rejuvenation, the house is used for client meetings,
office team building activities, and for private use by staff members and
their families. The house, in continuous use, has become a strong bond
between employees, who all share this special place outside the workplace.
The three-story, 1,860-square-foot house includes a studio/bedroom and
bathroom on the first level, two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second
level, and a "great room" on the third level, which includes the kitchen,
dining area and living room. Two patio decks adjoin the great room--one
facing the ocean and the other nestled against the forested hillside.
